Job Description:
\nTPH is seeking three dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for an evening shift in a Psychiatric Care setting. This is an exciting travel opportunity offering a competitive six-week assignment with the potential for extension based on performance and institutional needs.

\n\n

During this assignment, you will participate in a comprehensive two-week orientation to familiarize yourself with the facility’s protocols, staff, and patient population. The orientation period is designed to ensure a smooth transition into your role and to support your success on the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric nursing care to diverse patient populations\n\t
• Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and patient responses, ensuring safety and compliance with treatment plans\n\t
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n\t
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies\n\t
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed\n\t
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff\n

Qualifications:

\n\t
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing\n\t
• Active RN license in good standing\n\t
• Ability to work evening shifts effectively, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism\n\t
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required\n
